Inovar Packaging Group, a provider of innovative and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, has acquired Kiliper Corporation. Kiliper produces stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, and printed film solutions.

The acquisition broadens Inovar’s product capabilities while also expanding its Midwest footprint.

Kiliper is a second-generation, family-owned printing business. It boasts expertise in wide-web printing and converting, along with stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, polybags, and printed films. The company serves short-to-medium-run, regional and national customers across a diverse set of end markets. These include food and beverage, household chemical, pet food, industrial, and janitorial/sanitation.

Acquisition reaction

The acquisition represents another step in Inovar’s strategic growth plan as the company broadens its national platform and invests in differentiated labeling and packaging technologies.
